Enrolment terms

Registering for a course means you accept the terms below.

• Registrations depend on places being available, and on acceptance by Allied Aeronautics Training Centre Sdn. Bhd.
• Course fees are payable in full before the course begins, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
• Schedules, trainers and course content may change where necessary, without prior notice.
• You are expected to follow the rules, safety guidelines and instructions given during training.
• Misconduct or a breach of the rules may lead to suspension or termination without a refund.
• These terms may be amended at any time.

Privacy

We collect your name, contact details, identification and payment details, and we use them for registration, training, certification and administration. Nothing else.

Your information is kept confidential and handled in line with applicable data protection law. We do not sell, rent or share it with third parties without your consent, unless the law requires it. Using our services means you consent to us collecting and using your information as described here.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable unless we have stated otherwise in writing. A refund will only be considered where Allied cancels the course, or where the law requires one.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documents. Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable period, back to the original payment method.

Cancelling your place

Tell us in writing if you want to cancel. Cancellations made after a course is confirmed or has started are not eligible for a refund.

Allied may cancel or reschedule a course because of circumstances outside our control. If that happens, we will tell you.

Delivery of physical materials

Certificates, documents and training materials are sent to the address you give us. Delivery times vary by location and courier. Allied is not responsible for courier delays or for materials sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

Changes to these policies

These policies may be updated without prior notice. Continuing to use our services means you accept the current version.
